Fuel Gas Heating and Gas Conditioning Skid

Fuel gas treatment or conditioning enhances quality of the gas which is most critical for the performance of Turbine and hence improves the life of turbine.
Complete customized skid for gas conditioning are supplied consisting of Explosion proof Heater assembly, Pressure vessels, Motor operated Explosion proof valves, intermediate piping and instrumentation.

Thyristorised Control Panel

Thyristor Control Panel of Modular steel sheet enclosures are fabricated out of CRCA steel sheet
as per desired IP rating. The control panels are equipped with requisite switchgear and Thyristor
Control Unit that can be customized to meet the customer need.

These freestanding type, dust & vermin proof Control Panel are duly powder coated as per
industrial parameter after proper Metal Treatment by 7 Tank Process consisting of Hot
Degreasing, Hot Pickling, Hot Phosphate & Passivation to provide good bonding of paint on steel
enclosure.

Digital Temperature Indicator with Digital display of skin temperature of Heater Element and
switching OFF of power to the heaters in case of over temperature are also available.
